- Receive free updates — every update to this toolkit is included free, for good.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the file (or the Google Sheets / Apps Script), in whole or in part.
- Share your download or copy-link publicly, or with other shops or people.
- Claim authorship of the toolkit, or list it (or a derivative) for sale anywhere.

We don't collect your pricing data.
The toolkit runs entirely in your own spreadsheet, on your own device and account. We don't see, store, or transmit the numbers you type into it. If you email us for support, we'll use your message only to help you — nothing more. If this website ever uses basic, privacy-respecting analytics or a contact form, we'll keep it to what's needed to run the site and reply to you.
Helpful with tax — not a substitute for tax advice.
The toolkit is provided "as is," without warranty. Its pricing and tax features are general information to help you set your own numbers — not financial, accounting, or tax advice. It gives you a tax set-aside guide using a rate you choose; it doesn't file or calculate your taxes. For your own situation, check your local rules or talk to an accountant.
