- Your data is yours. The tools run in your own spreadsheet, on your own device and account. We don't see or store your data.
- Custom work. Custom changes or personalized versions aren't part of free support, but we're glad to do them as a separate paid service — just message us first.
- Refunds. Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once delivered. But "final sale" doesn't mean "you're on your own" — that's what support is for.
